Individual Counseling
I deeply enjoy working with adolescents and adults to help identify insights, develop coping skills, overcome life’s challenges and discover and capitalize on your strengths. We will identify goals together and come up with an individualized plan of support to meet your needs!
$150 per 50 minute session
Family Counseling
I believe that it is important to understand how families communicate and work together in order to help individuals, especially adolescents, flourish. Whether it is the family we were born into or our chosen one, we all face challenges that benefit from connection, openness and healing.
$180 per 50 minute session
Insurance and Private Payment
I currently do not accept insurance. Upon request, I am happy to provide you with monthly receipts which you can submit for reimbursement. Please check with your provider regarding specific coverage details. I accept all major credit cards, debit cards or HSA accounts as methods of payment.
Cancellations and No-Shows
I know life happens and I try to accommodate scheduling changes when possible and when notice is given in advance. Cancellation must be made by text or email at least 24 hours before your appointment. If your cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the entire fee. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
